United Way of Hood County and Mission Granbury have partnered to conduct a needs assessment to identify and prioritize the needs in the County in the key areas of Transportation, Housing, Health, Income, Education and Employment.
A part of this process includes a series of focus groups where we gather a various members of the community to have an in-depth conversation about the causes and potential solutions to issues surrounding the aforementioned topics. The community members we are desire to attend these focus groups include, but not limited to, the following:
- Locally elected officials
- County and City Government appointed officials and key staff
- ISD and other educational institution elected and appointed officials
- Area business and civic leaders
- Local religious organization representatives
- Social/Human service organization representatives
